The San Francisco Conservatory of Music stands at fifty Oak Street, distinguished by its historic facade integrated into a modern educational center. Originally founded in nineteen seventeen by Ada Clement and Lillian Hodghead as the Ada Clement Piano School, the institution became the first music conservatory on the West Coast.
