While the facility appears to be a standard office building, the room was engineered to intercept and analyze internet communications on a massive scale. It was outfitted with specialized equipment, including a Narus STA sixty-four hundred, designed to process traffic mirrored from fiber optic lines connected to the building's internet backbone.
