Dandelion Chocolate is a small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate maker that focuses on crafting bars using only two ingredients: cocoa beans and organic cane sugar. The company began as a side project in two thousand ten, when co-founders Todd Masonis and Cameron Ring started experimenting with roasting cacao beans in a garage. Both men were former tech entrepreneurs who had sold their startup, Plaxo, to Comcast in two thousand eight.
