Señor Sisig occupies suite forty-one within the Ferry Building Marketplace, a space marked by an outdoor patio overlooking the bay. This location represents a milestone for childhood friends Evan Kidera and Gil Payumo, who began their business in twenty-ten by purchasing a used Chinese food truck from Craigslist. Their concept grew from a shared vision to blend Filipino flavors with Mexican formats like tacos and burritos, centering their menu on sisig, a traditional Filipino dish of seasoned pork.
