Sun Swarm is a collection of hundreds of tiny, silvered mirrors attached to the tops of steel rods. These rods rise from the pier pilings along the waterfront, stretching for nearly one hundred feet between Piers fifteen and seventeen. As the tide shifts and the bay waters move, the entire structure sways with the motion of the pilings.
