Yerba Buena Public Square

Yerba Buena Gardens is defined by its two central blocks of public space built atop the subterranean Moscone Convention Center. These acres between Third and Fourth Streets function as a rooftop park, featuring wide lawns, a waterfall, and a fountain memorial to Martin Luther King Junior. The glass panels behind the water feature bear excerpts from his speeches, etched in the languages of San Francisco's sister cities.
