Handlebar Coffee Roasters occupies a small, light-filled space on East Canon Perdido Street, recognizable by its communal outdoor alley seating and a name that honors the founders' professional cycling roots. The shop opened in twenty eleven, created by Aaron Olson and Kim Anderson after the pair retired from a decade of racing on the international cycling circuit.
