The twenty-eight-story tower at six twenty-one Seventeenth Street rises as a defining silhouette of the city’s post-war era. Completed in nineteen fifty-seven, it held the title of the tallest building in Denver for eleven years. During its long tenure as an office headquarters, it even served as a recognizable backdrop in the opening credits of the television show Dynasty.
