Denver Millennium Bridge

The Denver Millennium Bridge is defined by a two hundred-foot-tall, white steel mast that tilts sharply over the pedestrian deck, resembling the mast of a ship. Opened on April twenty-second, two thousand two, this crossing was built to reconnect downtown Denver with neighborhoods to the west that had been isolated by a wide expanse of railroad and light rail tracks.
