Riverside Plaza

Riverside Plaza is defined by its massive Brutalist towers, which stand out with their raw concrete surfaces and signature panels of bright, primary colors. Designed by the architect Ralph Rapson and opened in nineteen seventy-three, this complex was initially known as Cedar Square West. It was envisioned as a utopian residential community where people of different ages and economic backgrounds would coexist, drawing inspiration from European urban planning.
