The six-story building at four hundred sixty-two Broadway is distinguished by its expansive façade of polished red granite at the street level and a towering exterior fully clad in cast iron. It holds the title of the largest building within the SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District to be completely covered in this material, a testament to the industrial techniques that once defined the neighborhood’s rapid commercial growth.
