Chown Pella Lofts stands out for the two original wooden water towers perched atop its roofline. This structure, a pair of red brick buildings located at four hundred sixteen Northwest Thirteenth Avenue, began its life as a warehouse and factory for the Chown Pella window company. The south portion of the complex was built in nineteen ten, followed by the north building in nineteen eleven.
