Mill Ends Park is a circle two feet across located in the center of the median on Southwest Naito Parkway. It consists of a single tree and occupies four hundred and fifty-two square inches of space. This site was originally intended to hold a light pole, but when the pole never arrived, the empty hole began to collect weeds.
