Wings Over Water is a massive kinetic sculpture consisting of two enormous, feather-covered wings that loom over a rectangular fountain. Completed in two thousand sixteen, the installation spans seventy feet in width and rises thirty feet into the air. Its structure is composed of stainless steel, aluminum, and Stamisol fabric.
