Schilo's

Schilo’s, located at four hundred twenty-four East Commerce Street, is recognized as the oldest continuously operating restaurant in San Antonio. You can identify the building by its exterior, which once housed the Mayo Money Exchange. Inside, the space retains a vintage tile floor and a pressed tin ceiling from its days as a bank, while the original bank vault now functions as the restaurant’s walk-in refrigerator.
