Villa Finale is an Italianate mansion with a distinct tower that stands at four hundred one King William Street. Built in eighteen seventy-six by hardware merchant Russell Norton, the house transitioned through many uses over the following decades, including service as a Prohibition-era speakeasy and a brothel operated by Billy Keilman in the nineteen twenties.
