La palenquera 3D, Palenque Vive

In the Parque de la Marina stands a sculpture measuring over eight meters in height, depicting a woman in a traditional, vibrant dress with a basin of fruit balanced upon her head. Known as Palenque Vive, this monument is composed of three thousand five hundred and eighty-eight individual pieces. These components were manufactured using three-dimensional printing technology, a process that required eight months of design and construction by the company Medellín 3D.
