Hart occupies a pale building on Galionsvej, situated within the Holmen district where the street widens toward the harbor. The site is part of the former naval grounds of Copenhagen, and the building itself dates back roughly two hundred years. You can identify the bakery by its tall windows, its cobbled forecourt, and the outdoor seating arranged along the water’s edge.
