Place du 8 Novembre 1942 is a public square located in the tenth arrondissement of Paris at the junction of Rue La Fayette, Rue de Chabrol, and Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière. It is recognized as the only public space in France named to commemorate the Allied landings in North Africa during the Second World War.
