Square Juliette Dodu

The Square Juliette Dodu is marked by a low, weathered stone wall made of meulière, or millstone grit, which traces the boundary of this quiet green space in the tenth arrondissement. Before the park opened in two thousand five, this land sat as an empty urban lot for several years. When plans for a new building here were proposed, local residents pushed for a community garden instead, ultimately succeeding in transforming the unused site into this public park.
