Lac Daumesnil is a twelve-hectare artificial lake defined by two islands, Reuilly and Bercy, which are linked by small bridges. It is the largest lake in Paris, nestled within the eastern edge of the Bois de Vincennes. The lake features romantic landscape elements including an artificial grotto, a waterfall, and a circular pavilion designed by architect Gabriel Davioud.
