Le Lido

Le Lido occupies a notable presence on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, identifiable by its grand entrance and deep historical roots in Parisian nightlife. The site began in the nineteen thirties as an artificial beach and swimming pool in a basement, which designers modeled after the famous beach in Venice. Following a period of closure, producers transformed the space into a performance hall, eventually moving to its current location in nineteen seventy-seven.
