Square Alain Bashung

The Square Alain Bashung is a fifteen-hundred-square-meter green space tucked into the Goutte d'Or neighborhood, recognizable by its distinct landscaped sections that include a mountain forest zone, a dry terrain, and a damp area. Opened on the twenty-first of June, two thousand twelve, during the annual Fête de la musique, the park was designed to incorporate eco-friendly features like a dry riverbed made of one hundred tons of rock. This central feature functions as a natural drainage system, collecting and storing rainwater to nourish the surrounding plant life.
