Gare Saint-Lazare

Gare Saint-Lazare is recognizable by its monumental classical facade and the two distinct courtyards, Cour de Rome and Cour du Havre, separated by the Hilton Paris Opéra hotel. As the oldest railway station in Paris, it opened in eighteen thirty-seven to serve the first line running to Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Since nineteen eighty-four, the structure has been a protected historical monument, encompassing the main concourse, the roofs, and the former Hôtel Terminus.
