Buste de Dalida

The bronze bust of the singer Dalida stands upon five blocks of cut granite at the intersection of Rue Girardon and Rue de l'Abreuvoir. Created by the sculptor Aslan, this life-size monument was inaugurated on April twenty-fourth, nineteen ninety-seven, to mark the tenth anniversary of the performer's death. It sits in a small square that takes its name from the artist, who lived in a private mansion just over one hundred meters away on Rue d'Orchampt for twenty-five years.
