Vanves Cemetery

historic

The Vanves Cemetery is a quadrilateral plot enclosed by the streets Sadi-Carnot, Jean-Bleuzen, René-Sahors, and Barbès. Opened in eighteen thirty-six, the site was expanded in eighteen seventy-six, a project that included the construction of a small hut for the caretaker. The grounds are divided into two sections by the avenue Marcel-Martinie, which cuts across the cemetery on the road known as the departmental sixty-one A.
