A red Mini Cooper sits parked on the roof of the building at the corner of Louisenstraße and Alaunstraße, marking the entrance to Katy's Garage. Opened in December two thousand one, the venue occupies a space that once functioned as a tire workshop known as Geneuß. The interior design carries this history forward by incorporating industrial remnants into the decor, including exhaust pipes, used car doors, and a lounge area constructed from retired bus seats.
