The Königsufer is a riverside promenade stretching along the northern bank of the Elbe. It is defined by its sweeping, unobstructed views of the historic Dresden skyline across the water, where the domes and spires of the Altstadt rise above the riverbank. This stretch serves as the primary outdoor link between the city’s major administrative buildings, including the State Chancellery and the Ministry of Finance.
