The DenkRaum Sophienkirche is a large, walk-in sculpture of steel and glass that marks the site of a lost landmark. It is an abstract reconstruction of the Busmann Chapel, which once stood as part of the Sophienkirche, the only Gothic church in Dresden until its destruction in the bombing of February nineteen forty-five.
