The Hikisch-ház, located at number forty-one József körút, is a prominent residential building that defines a segment of the streetscape with its historic nineteenth-century architecture. Completed in eighteen ninety, the building stands as a collaborative achievement by architect Lajos Hikisch and his partner Ármin Schubert, who together commissioned and designed the structure.
