Stephen Court is a seven-storey heritage building on Park Street, recognizable by its colonial-era architecture and its prominent ground-floor frontage that hosts famous establishments like Flurys and the Peter Cat restaurant. Originally built around the early twentieth century by Arathoon Stephen, an Armenian businessman who also founded the Grand Hotel, the building served both residential and commercial purposes for decades.
