The Palacio Euskalduna is a sprawling, metallic complex designed by architects Federico Soriano and Dolores Palacios to resemble a massive ship permanently under construction. Its rusted, industrial exterior deliberately mimics the appearance of a vessel being built in a shipyard, a visual nod to the site’s own history.
