The Bizkaiko Foru Aldundiaren jauregia, or the Biscay Foral Delegation Palace, stands as a free-standing, rectangular monument distinguished by a projecting central bay on its primary façade. This stone-clad entrance is crowned by a balcony and a grand coat of arms, rising above a base of diamond-point ashlar masonry. Completed in nineteen hundred after a decade of construction, it serves as the official seat of the Biscay provincial government.
