Dinky door: Ride and Park

The Ride and Park portal sits at the base of the Jesus Footbridge over Jesus Lock on the River Cam. This miniature installation features a tiny bird’s nest tucked into the branches, a working wheelchair lift, and a spinning orb. It is part of a series of whimsical, palm-sized sculptures scattered across Cambridge by a team of anonymous artists who intend their work to serve as portals to other, happier worlds.
