The Great Gate of Trinity College is a tall, ornate stone structure featuring two prominent towers flanking its arched entrance. Built between fourteen ninety and fifteen thirty-five, it served as the original entrance for King’s Hall, a predecessor to the college founded by King Henry the Eighth in fifteen forty-six.
