The Regency Town House

The Regency Town House is a Grade I listed building at thirteen Brunswick Square, recognizable as one of the elegant, unified terraces designed by architect Charles Augustin Busby in the eighteen twenties. Busby envisioned this area, known as Brunswick Town, as a sophisticated, independent community for the wealthy, mirroring the refined styles of London developments of the era. The architecture features neoclassical facades that harmonize with the rising coastal slope, incorporating large windows and early domestic luxuries like internal water closets.
