Friendly Plaza is a terraced green space nestled directly against the grounds of Colton Hall, the nineteenth-century building where the first California Constitutional Convention took place. You can identify the plaza by its mix of mature trees, including a Coast Redwood grown from a seed that traveled to the moon during the Apollo missions.
