The Comstock Saloon is marked by an eighteen-foot mahogany bar top that dates to the eighteen nineties. Located at one hundred fifty-five Columbus Avenue, this building has functioned as a watering hole since nineteen oh seven, when it first opened as the Andromeda Saloon. The interior features a nineteen sixteen punkah ceiling fan, a rotating system of paddles designed to cool guests as they drink.
