Richard Gamble Memorial Park is a narrow, verdant wedge of land that stretches alongside the transit tracks in the Cole Valley neighborhood. This compact green strip occupies the site of the west portal of the Sunset Tunnel, where streetcars emerge from underground to continue their route through the city.
