Woods Yard Park

Woods Yard Park sits along the twenty-second street corridor in the Dogpatch neighborhood, recognizable by the colorful playground surfacing and the painted concrete pillars known as the Dogpatch Blockheads. This small public space serves as the front yard for the Woods Division, a large municipal transit maintenance facility. The site was originally created in the nineteen seventies as a project mitigation when the transit yard was opened.
