The former Second Church of Christ, Scientist sits across from Dolores Park, identifiable by its massive, prominent dome and a symmetrical Beaux Arts facade defined by bold white columns. Completed in nineteen sixteen and designed by architect William H. Crim, the structure originally served a large congregation for nearly a century.
