Sixteen hundred Glenarm Place rises three hundred eighty-four feet above the corner of the sixteenth street mall. This thirty-one-story skyscraper is recognizable by its vertical stature and its location at the junction of the city’s busy pedestrian thoroughfare and Glenarm Place. Originally completed in nineteen sixty-seven, it began its life as the Security Life Building.
