The Ponce Condominium sits at the corner of Peachtree Street and Ponce de Leon Avenue, defined by a front facade that curves gracefully to address both thoroughfares. This eleven-story structure, completed in nineteen thirteen, was built as Atlanta's first luxury high-rise apartment building. Designed by architect William Stoddart to complement the neighboring Georgian Terrace Hotel, the building features twin towers capped with belfries that anchor its Beaux-Arts and Italianate design.
