Peachtree Center Station is marked by entrances that blend directly into the sidewalks or the ground floors of downtown buildings. Unlike stations with expansive plazas, this stop is largely hidden from the street, funneling commuters one hundred and twenty feet below Peachtree Street. It is the deepest station in the MARTA rail system, carved directly into a solid vein of gneiss.
