Christuskirche Innsbruck

The Christuskirche in Innsbruck is identifiable by its facade of smooth white render accented with Höttinger breccia and a sculpture of Christ's head positioned above the main portal. Built between nineteen oh five and nineteen oh six, it was the first Protestant church constructed in the Tyrol region. Architects Klemens Kattner and Gustav Knell designed the building to combine neo-Gothic and neo-Romanesque elements, featuring a tall tower that contrasts with the structure's round arches and vaulted interior.
