Helbling Haus

The Helbling Haus is distinguished by a facade so heavily adorned with white stucco that it appears to be covered in icing. While the core of the building dates to the fifteenth century, its current, intricate exterior is the result of a transformation completed in seventeen thirty-two. The master craftsman Anton Gigl decorated the surface with a dense collection of cherubs, masks, floral garlands, and fruit clusters in the Rococo style.
