The Palais Trapp is a Baroque city palace located on Maria-Theresien-Straße, recognizable by its street-facing wing featuring a central balcony and a wide, arch-topped portal. Designed by architect Johann Martin Gumpp the Elder, the structure was modeled after an Italian villa suburbana, with two garden wings that enclose a courtyard and extend toward the rear of the property.
