Het Pand

Het Pand is a sprawling complex of medieval buildings situated along the banks of the river Leie. Its most distinct feature is the collection of ancient stone and brick wings organized around a quiet, interior courtyard that dates back to the thirteenth century. Originally established in twelve twenty-eight as a Dominican friary, the site sits on the former foundations of an even earlier hospital from twelve oh-one.
