Eighth Avenue Place consists of two glass towers defined by angled, sloped surfaces that rise above the downtown skyline. These facades use pale-green glass and dark gray layers, a design choice intended to mirror the glaciers and tectonic shifts of the Rocky Mountains that frame the horizon. The complex occupies the site of the former Penny Lane Mall, which was demolished in two thousand seven to make way for the new development.
