A life-sized bronze statue of Terry Fox stands at the southern end of Beacon Hill Park, positioned near the monument that marks Mile Zero of the Trans-Canada Highway. Created by sculptor Nathan Scott and unveiled on August tenth, two thousand five, the sculpture depicts Fox in mid-stride, captured in the running gait he maintained during his nineteen eighty Marathon of Hope.
